How far in advance should I order?+
Custom cakes need at least 3 days' notice. Large, tiered or highly detailed designs may need more time, so earlier is always better. For anything sooner, please call us at (502) 365-1601.
Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or eggless cakes?+
Some dietary options may be available depending on the cake and date. Please include dietary needs and allergies in More Details or discuss them with us by text. Our kitchen handles common allergens and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Can I send an inspiration photo?+
Yes. Text your photo to 502-365-1601, or paste a shareable photo link under More Details in the request form.
Do you offer delivery?+
Yes, delivery may be available depending on the date and location. Select Delivery on the order form and include the full delivery address so we can confirm availability and the delivery fee.
How do I confirm my order?+
After we review your request, we’ll confirm availability, design details, and pricing. Full payment is required to confirm the order, and invoices are valid for 2 days.
